About the event
Geri Hahn will present her work, "I Took My Watch Apart, But I Can’t Stop Time” at the 29th Annual Open Juried Exhibition, “Viewpoints 2026” on view from April 24 to June 5 at Studio Montclair’s Leach Gallery.
About the work: At eighty years of age, time is no abstraction but a companion, a measure, a thief, and a gift. I can no longer pretend it is limitless. If I cannot stop time, I can witness it—take it apart, examine its pieces, and transform its passing into color, shape, and memory.
